This business has begun and grown from the very bottom. I myself was desperately looking for work, when I received a phone call from an agency promising me four weeks work. It was a long two hour drive to the job, but I was more than willing and needed the start. Yet, when turning up to the job, I find out they only wanted someone for a day. This was not the first time this happened, and hearing the same experiences from other operatives.
There had to be different way!
Fast forwards to today, I can now appreciate what happened had given me the drive to create MGEAR Operative Ltd, holding values based on trust, reliability and honesty for all. I’m pleased to say that the business has been successful with thanks to our clients and operatives. By treating people fairly, we have made strong relationships with many hardworking and talented sub-contractors. Enabling MGEAR to provide a quality service for our clients requirements. We hope to grow slowly, to enable us to keep the standards of which we started with.
